Studio Crown Reach provides serviced offices for the new creative industries as well as traditional professional and managerial types. Occupiers share services in the office such as a library, conference rooms kitchen facilities; a central reception, switchboard, copying and email and faxing service is provided. Apart from 'consumables' and secretarial or book-keeping time available on an hourly rate, the shared facilities of the serviced office are included in the monthly cost. Refreshments for staff and guests are generously available on this basis and the office managers can arrange catering for large or special meetings. The library service is mainly for architects and includes the option of access to the ti Technical Index database which is now Internet based. The riverside terrace provides an attractive sunspot for meetings, lunch breaks or siestas.
